- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 12 small patties, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook patties until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
- Place cooked beef on slider buns. Add a piece of cheese on top of each patty, allowing it to melt slightly.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments if desired. Cover with the top bun and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add pickles or onion slices for extra flavor.
- Use Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter variation.
