- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers
- Green coconut flakes
- Red and white sprinkles
- 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumb the cooled cake and mix with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small triangle shapes resembling Christmas trees and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each triangle into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in green coconut flakes.
- Decorate with sprinkles to resemble ornaments and add a star-shaped candy at the top if desired.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray to set and enjoy!
