- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 package (20) wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, and sliced green onion.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges with water, then fold to form a triangle or seal into a purse shape.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the Crab Rangoon until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side, then drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking during frying.
- Serve hot with sweet chili or soy sauce for dipping.
