- 200 g chicken breast, sliced
- 200 g dried Chinese noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and noodles, then pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness preference.
- Use fresh vegetables for a crunchy texture.
