Ingredients

  • 200 g dried Chinese noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chicken and noodles, then pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
