- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until frothy (5 minutes).
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into small pieces and roll into bites.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add baking soda.
- Boil pretzel bites in batches for 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dips.
