Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cooked bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin lightly.
  2. Press each tater tot into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top of each cup.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
