- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cooked bacon bits
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin lightly.
- Press each tater tot into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top of each cup.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute different cheeses or add diced jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Ensure tots are pressed firmly to hold shape during baking.
