Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide biscuit dough into small pieces and flatten each into a disk.
  4. Place a teaspoon of mozzarella and parmesan cheese in the center of each disk.
