- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Divide biscuit dough into small pieces and flatten each into a disk.
- Place a teaspoon of mozzarella and parmesan cheese in the center of each disk.
- Pinch edges to seal and form into a ball.
- Brush each ball with garlic butter mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or herbs for variation.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
