Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in marinara sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta, reduce heat, and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot garnished with Parmesan and fresh basil.
