- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups crispy fried onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, sautéed onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in green beans until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Top with crispy fried onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or cayenne pepper.
- Use fresh green beans for best texture.
