Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until skin is crispy and potatoes are fluffy inside.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then cut open and add toppings like sour cream and chives. Serve hot.
