- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with crushed pretzels.
- Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Top with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking to melt. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for variety.
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or chili flakes to the pretzel coating.
