- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in a shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second, and panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dip each chicken breast into flour, then egg, then coat thoroughly with panko mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce to make the glaze.
- Brush the hot honey glaze over the baked chicken and return to oven for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the hot sauce to control spice level.
- You can also broil for last 2 minutes for extra crunch.
