- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- Chopped pecans for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
