- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place each square into a greased mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each with a piece of brie and several cranberries. Drizzle honey over cranberries if desired.
- Brush the edges of pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle chopped nuts or fresh herbs on top before baking.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
