Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar if using.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese evenly, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
