- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust in a 9-inch springform pan. Press firmly and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Incorporate vanilla, cinnamon, and sour cream.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely.
- Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake. Roll the edges of the cheesecake in cinnamon sugar coating or sprinkle over the top as garnish.
- Slice and serve with drizzled caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Notes
- For a crunchier topping, toast cinnamon sugar coating lightly before using.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours for best results.
