  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust in a 9-inch springform pan. Press firmly and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Incorporate vanilla, cinnamon, and sour cream.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake. Roll the edges of the cheesecake in cinnamon sugar coating or sprinkle over the top as garnish.
  5. Slice and serve with drizzled caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
