- 1 cup peas
Instructions
- Place beef, vegetables, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper into a slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Stir in peas during the last 30 minutes before serving.
