- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and place in mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and top each pastry with a slice of brie and cranberries.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme before serving.

- Use high-quality brie for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
