Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown meat on all sides. Transfer to crock pot.
- Add diced potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour in beef broth and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
