- 1 lb cooked tortellini
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Add chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the crockpot and set to low.
- Once heated, stir in shredded chicken and uncooked tortellini.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese; cook for an additional 30 minutes.

- You can substitute fresh spinach with kale or arugula for variation.
- For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or cream cheese.
