- 1 fully cooked ham (bone-in or boneless, about 8-10 pounds)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh rosemary and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon. Heat until smooth.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham, then bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) during the last 15 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then carve and garnish with rosemary and orange slices.
Notes
- Use a fully cooked ham for best results.
- Glaze can be prepared ahead and stored for convenience.
