- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add sliced bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili sauce for desired spice level.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
- Can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
