- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the dough.
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
