Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- To assemble, divide noodles into bowls, top with crispy potstickers, steamed broccoli if desired, and sliced scallions.
- Drizzle the sauce over the bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot with chopsticks or a fork.

- Use store-bought frozen potstickers for convenience or make homemade for extra flavor.
