- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup low-fat shredded cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Mix cooked shredded chicken and broccoli in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine chicken and broccoli with the yogurt mixture. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with cottage cheese for a different flavor.
- For added richness, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
