- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix mashed bananas, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Add oats and cinnamon, stirring until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in chocolate chips or nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
