  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, and minced garlic, making sure to season inside the cavity as well.
  3. Stuff lemon slices inside the cavity.
  4. Place turkey on a roasting pan and roast uncovered for about 13-15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 20 minutes before carving. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
