  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add lemon juice and butter, stirring until melted and combined.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, steam or sauté green beans until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken with green beans, garnished with parsley.
