  • 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Granulated sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut pie crusts into small circles, about 3 inches in diameter.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
