Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast or thighs, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir-fry chicken slices until cooked through and slightly browned.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in basil leaves until wilted.
  6. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
