- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast or thighs, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chili, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir-fry chicken slices until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in basil leaves until wilted.
- Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
- Adjust chili to taste for spiciness.
- Serve with jasmine rice or your favorite side for complete meal.
