Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl, then pour into the skillet.
- Cook until sauce thickens and coats the beef, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add noodles to the skillet, toss to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- If desired, add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
