- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes until coated and heated through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas, top with shredded lettuce and carrots, then roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve with lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
- For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or cilantro.
