Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook sausage until browned and crumbled, or use pre-cooked sausage.
- In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheese, herbs, pepper, garlic powder, and optional vegetables.
- Form mixture into small bite-sized rounds and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving or storing in the fridge for make-ahead use.
