- 1 package refrigerated crescent dough
- 1 lb cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange in a circle on the baking sheet, sealing the edges at the center.
- In a bowl, combine chopped turkey, cranberries, cheese, and parsley.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the circle, leaving a border of about 2 inches.
- Fold the outer edges of the crescent dough over the filling, pinching to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with cranberry sauce if desired.
