Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- In a bowl, toss vegetables with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables around the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
