  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining oil, garlic, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  3. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch mixture in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables and stir to coat.
  4. Add potstickers back to the skillet, toss gently to combine everything and heat through, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
