Ingredients
Scale
- 20 frozen potstickers
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil, garlic, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch mixture in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables and stir to coat.
- Add potstickers back to the skillet, toss gently to combine everything and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Use store-bought frozen potstickers for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
