Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Conclude marinade with cornstarch coating the chicken evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with additional sauce if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
