- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Conclude marinade with cornstarch coating the chicken evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and toss with additional sauce if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Can be served with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
