- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

- Assorted dipping sauces (ketchup, aioli, cheese sauce)
- Optional toppings: chopped herbs, cheese shreds, bacon bits, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden, flipping halfway.
- Prepare dipping sauces and arrange toppings on a serving board.
- Once fries are baked, assemble the fries on a platter and add sauces and toppings around.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
