- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced pepperoncini peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add a splash of chicken broth or white wine for extra sauce.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the flavorful sauce.
